Notun Puhor - Panon's New Album After 7 Long Years

After a long gap of seven years, Assam’s popular artist Angarag Papon Mahanta released his new Assamese album – Notun Puhor. Bringing an end to the wait of his fans, he released his album online on 6th June.

Notun Puhor is the third individual album by Angarag Mahanta, after his two successful albums – Jonaki Raati and Chinaki Achinaki.

Speaking about the new album, Notun Puhor, Angarag said, “The album has six beautiful tracks. Each of the songs carries a different vibe. Notun Puhor is an effort to give the people a taste of music from different regions through one single album. I believe the audience will appreciate the effort.”

The album carries the uniqueness of different music instruments. The lyrics of the songs in the album and the music have been jointly contributed by Papon, Rajdweep, and Manmath Baishya. The production of the songs has been done under the banner of Paralights Studio, by Ayan Dey.

The album is currently available online in Saavn, i-tunes, Wynk Music, Hungama, and certain other online platforms.
